Sequart Research & Literacy Organization, in conjunction with Columbia University, is proud to announce the (completely free-of-charge) film premiere of Comics in Focus: Chris Claremont’s X-Men, including a Q&A with Chris Claremont.
On Monday, October 14th, at Columbia University’s prestigious Butler Library, Respect! Films and Sequart will premiere the documentary, and it will be immediately followed by a Q&A with the man himself, Chris Claremont.
If you’re a fan of Chris Claremont, the X-Men, or are just a comics history buff in general, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to see and ask about the definitive, behind-the-scenes account of one of the most beloved runs in all of comics history.
Location: Columbia University, Butler Library, Room 523. The address is 535 West 114th Street, New York, NY.
Time: 7pm to 9pm, and it’s first-come-first-served, so don’t be late!
(Note to Comics in Focus: Chris Claremont’s X-Men Kickstarter donors: You will receive your digital copy of the film before the above-mentioned Columbia University premiere.)
