Sequart’s She Makes Comics Kickstarter Campaign Enters Final Hours

Firstly, Happy Women’s History Month!

We here at Sequart would like to give a huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who has helped us with our goal to tell the history of women in comics! Our She Makes Comics Kickstarter campaign is in its final hours, and we’d love to finish strongly, so here are some last minute updates:

• Our “stretch goal”: If we reach the $50,000 mark, we’ll create a 10- to 15-minute mini-documentary focusing on Jackie Ormes, the first African-American woman cartoonist!
• We have cool new rewards created and autographed by Neil Gaiman, David Mack, and Colleen Doran!
• And we have a cool mystery reward, should we reach 1,500 backers!
