Martian Lit, which had previously published fiction and poetry, began publishing comics in 2014. Its first title was Martian Comics. 2016 saw the launch of Kimot Ren, set in the same universe. 2017 saw the debut of Necropolitan, set in its own universe, and Lazarus, the Forever Man, a spin-off of Martian Comics. 2018 saw the debut of The Synthetics, set in the same universe of Martian Comics, Kimot Ren, and Lazarus, the Forever Man. In December 2018, the company published its 20th title, Necropolitan #2.
